Hasta que punto la economía coarta o favorece la libertad de la persona

O estudo analisará o direito à liberdade económica e o direito a um ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado. Estes são direitos constitucionalmente protegidos que estão no centro dos debates políticos, sociais e económicos. É sabido que o desenvolvimento económico, garantido em grande parte pelo direito à liberdade económica, é indispensável para a humanidade. Ao mesmo tempo, o direito a um ambiente ecologicamente equilibrado é inerente à vida humana e constitui um factor essencial para a perpetuação das gerações futuras. Neste contexto surge o problema do estudo: é possível usufruir e garantir simultaneamente o direito à liberdade económica e o direito ao ambiente? O trabalho visa analisar a compatibilidade dos referidos direitos, apoiando a hipótese de partida de que a adoção do modelo de desenvolvimento sustentável permite o gozo simultâneo e harmonioso dos referidos direitos. A metodologia utilizada na pesquisa para responder à questão é teórica. Serão utilizadas fontes secundárias de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental para desenvolver a narrativa. Por fim, conclui-se que o desenvolvimento sustentável se apresenta como a ponte de equilíbrio entre os direitos analisados.
