É uma honra e um prazer para mim escrever o prefácio do livro que tem como título “Educação e Inclusão: Desafíos formativos e curriculares”; um livro que discute a inclusão educativa como um desafio para a formação docente e para o currículo, e que, por sua vez, coloca uma ênfase especial na educação, com propostas específicas encaminhadas a dar respostas aos grandes desafios que se depreendem, tanto na prática da sala de aula como na comunidade; um livro que debate o desenvolvimento de projetos e programas que têm como meta colocar a ênfase no ensino inclusivo.
Ensino inclusivo que se quer praticar tanto na educação formal como na educação não formal e que tem como destinatária a população ao longo da vida.
Incluir não é só pensar em todos; Incluir não é só dar respostas às necessidades de maneira individualizadas; Incluir não é só que todas e todos sejam atendidos. Incluir é fazer que o outro se sinta como pertencente ao grupo; Incluir é dar a mão sem a postura de que se dá o braço a torcer; Incluir é fazer sentir e se sentir em um profundo bem-estar frente ao outro e frente a si mesmo como parte de uma unidade.
Mas, o certo é que nem todos e todas vemos ao outro como um igual. Vivemos em uma sociedade em que apenas alguns chegam ao “topo”, seja o que for que quer dizer o topo!!!!
